BAKED SHRIMP GUMBO
A blend of our seafood gumbo served over rice with eight tiger shrimp. Hints of garlic, peppers, onions, okra, andouille sausage and tomatoes protrude this dish. Mildy spicy!

CAJUN SEAFOOD OVER RICE
A blend of fresh mussels, shrimp, scallops and andouille simmered in a cajun cream sauce. Finished with diced roma tomatoes over oven baked rice.

 

 

 

WHITE FISH N SHRIMP CREOLE
Tilapia and black tiger shrimp seasoned creole style and broiled to perfection. We finish it with a cajun parmesan cream sauce. Served over rice and steamed asparagus.

CAJUN SEAFOOD PASTA
A mild, spicy medley of fresh sea scallops, andouille sausage, jumbo shrimp, and mussels. Simmered in a rich cajun cream sauce over a bed of linguini pasta. Garnished with garlic crostini.

CAJUN BROILED SEA SCALLOPS
Blackened sea scallops seasoned, seared then broiled. Finished with a drizzle of butter over rice and fresh steamed asparagus.
