GORGONZOLA SIRLOIN
Thin sliced of aged sirloin seared topped with a gorgonzola butter cream sauce. Finished with fresh garlic sauteed spinach.
PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED MOZZARELLA 
Thin slices of prosciutto ham wrapped around fresh pieces of whole mozzarella and tomato. Sauteed in virgin olive oil and placed on a bed of mixed greens with a balsamic reduction.

Black tiger shrimp sauteed in a smooth blend of garlic, butter, chardonnay, and fresh Italian seasonings. All served over grilled rustic bread. Garnished with mixed greens and shredded parmesan.
