GORGONZOLA SIRLOIN
Thin sliced of aged sirloin seared topped with a gorgonzola butter cream sauce. Finished with fresh garlic sauteed spinach.

PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED MOZZARELLA
Thin slices of prosciutto ham wrapped around fresh pieces of whole mozzarella and tomato. Sauteed in virgin olive oil and placed on a bed of mixed greens with a balsamic reduction.

Black tiger shrimp sauteed in a smooth blend of garlic, butter, chardonnay, and fresh Italian seasonings. All served over grilled rustic bread. Garnished with mixed greens and shredded parmesan.

SASHIMI-TATAKI DUO
Slices of fresh seared ahi tuna and sushi grade salmon. Served over jasmine rice with wasabi pesto and surachi. Garnish with wasabi sesame. 6 ounces simply divine!

BACON WRAPPED SCALLOPS
Scallops wrapped with sliced apple wood smoked bacon and broiled to perfection. Served with sherry wine cream sauce and warm lemon butter sauce.

ONE FRESH CRAB CAKE
One fresh crab cake made with real crabmeat, pan seared. Served over spring salad, tomato vinaigrette and warm lemon butter.
