A 9 ounce tenderloin hand cut and perfectly seasoned. Delicately broiled and served with a baked potato.

THE PORTERHOUSE
A healthy cut of our 18-ounce bone in Porterhouse steak. Broiled in a high tmeperature oven to hold in flavor. Seasoned with the house seasonings and served with a baked potato.

PORTOBELLO SIRLOIN
Broiled 12oz Sirloin smothered with a sautee of garlic, portobello mushrooms, yellow onions, and roasted red peppers. Served with a baked potato.

 

MILLHOUSE GORGONZOLA
Eight thick slice of pan seared aged sirloin topped with our gorgonzola butter cream sauce. Served with fresh garlic sauteed spinach and our house redskin mashed potatoes. (12 ounces suggestively served Medium to Medium Rare.)

A mid-western 9 ounce hand cut sirloin. Seasoned witht the house seasonings and served with a baked potato.

CAJUN CRUSTED RIBEYE
