FILET MIGNON
A 9 ounce tenderloin hand cut and perfectly seasoned. Delicately broiled

THE PORTERHOUSE
A healthy cut of our 18-ounce bone in Porterhouse steak. Broiled in
a high tmeperature oven to hold in flavor. Seasoned with the house
seasonings and served with a baked potato.
PORTOBELLO SIRLOIN
Broiled 12oz Sirloin smothered with a sautee of garlic, portobello
mushrooms, yellow onions, and roasted red peppers. Served with a baked
potato.
