SHRIMP ALFREDO
Fresh garlic sauteed shrimp, served over a bed of linguini pasta. A dish blanketed with alfredo sauce. parmesan cheese, and diced Roma tomoatoes. Served with garlic crostini.

SHRIMP PENNE a la VODKA
We start with a shrimp scampi saute of olive oil, garlic, tomoatoes, proscuitto, and white wine. We then finish with our house tomato vodka cream sauce. Served over penne pasta, garnished with garlic crostini and freshly squeezed lemon.

SHRIMP PESTO PENNE
A traditional pesto cream sauce made with sweet basil, parmesan cheese, olive oil, pine nuts and cream. Served over penne pasta.

 

 

 

SCAMPI DEVINE
Black Tiger shrimp simmered in a scampi of crushed tomatoes, garlic, white wine, lemon, butter and herbs. Finished with freshly squuzed lemons and served over linguini pasta.

SHRIMP FRA DIAVLO
A spicy red sauce! Pureed and crushed tomatoes, crushed peppers, garlic, Pinot Grigio and shrimp. Over linguini. Spicy and delicious!

LINGUINI PESCATORE
Shrimp, mussels, and scallops simmered chardonnay. Finished with basil, oregano, thyme, garlic and our authentic marinara sauce.

SEAFOOD ALFREDO
Mediterranean black mussels, sea scallops, and tiger shrimp steamed with garlic and tomatoes. Finished with our alfredo sauce, imported parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.
