PORK DIANE
Pork medallions sauteed with mushrooms and shallots. Simmered in a rich Madeira wine sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and steamed brocolli.
BABY BACK RIBS 
Grilled, smoked, broiled, BBQ glazed, and finally caramelized. Topped with a tangy house-made BBQ. Served with thick cut steak fries.
