Our 9 oz aged sirloin roasted for hours. Served with the redskin mashed potatoes and beefy brown sauce. A very tender sirloin pot roast.

GRILLED MEATLOAF
Two slices of USDA Sirloin hand packed and broiled to perfection. Served under a hearty beef mushroom sauce with brown butter, brocolli and red skin mashed potatoes.

MILLHOUSE FRIED SHRIMP
Asian wrapped shrimp lightly fried to a golden brown. Accompanied by a spicy Thai dipping sauce and cocktail sauce. Served with steak fries. Flakey, airy and tender.

WHISKEY BOURBON RIBS
Smoked tender baby back ribs broiled and caramelized in our homemade whiskey bourbon glaze. Served with thick cut steak fries.

 

 

CHICKEN FRIED CHICKEN
A breaded and deep fried boneless chicken breast served over redskin mashed potatoes. Finished with mushrooms, brocolli and sherry wine cream sauce.

SMOTHERED SIRLOIN
9 ounces of an aged slow roasted sirloin. Baked with caramelized onions and soaked mushrooms. Served with redskin mashed potatoes and a beefy brown sauce. The way Millhouse does pot roast.

PORK DIANE
Pork medallions sauteed with mushrooms and shallots. Simmered in a rich Madeira wine sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and steamed brocolli.

BABY BACK RIBS
Grilled, smoked, broiled, BBQ glazed, and finally caramelized. Topped with a tangy house-made BBQ. Served with thick cut steak fries.
