Portabella mushroom stuffed ravioli, smothered in a pesto and parmesan cream sauce.

POLLO PANNA PESTO
Seared chicken tossed in a creamy blend of garlic, butter, basil, parmesan, olive oil and heavy cream. Served over enne pasta and garnished with garlic crostini.

CHICKEN MARSALA
A classic favorite. Chicken medallions and mushrooms sauteed with marsala and sherry wine. All simmered in a mild buttery cream sauce. Served with redskin mashed potatoes and brocolli.

BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN
A breaded chicken breast lightly fried and smothered in mozzarella cheese and topped with marinara sauce. Served with our alfredo pasta and garlic crostini. A towering display.

CHICKEN PORTOBELLO
A sautee of fresh chikcen, portobello mushrooms, roasted red peppers, and onions. Simmered in a mushroom and parmesan cream sauce. Served over penne pasta with garlic crostini.

CHICKEN VINO BIANCO
A fresh scampi saute of chicken, garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms, and olive oil. Simmered in chicken broth and Pinot Grigio with hints of basil and oregano. Tossed over a bed of imported linguini.

 

SPINACH FORMAGGI RAVIOLI
Fresh garlic spinach paired with spinach ravioli. Sauced with tomato, parmesan and cream with hints of pesto.

PASTA GIARDINO
Fresh vegetables sauteed in a garlic wine cream sauce. Veggies include tomatoes, onion, peppers, mushroom, broccoli, and fresh spinach. Served over spinach linguini pasta.

CARNE GORGONZOLA PASTA
Seasoned prime strips of beef, roma tomatoes and garlic soaked mushrooms seared in extra virgin olive oil. Served over pasta with a creamy gorgonzola wine sauce.

CHICKEN FLORENTINE
Fresh garlic sauteed spinach and pan seared chicken simmered in a rich blend of pureed tomatoes, heavy cream, parmesan, garlic, Pinot Grigio, and Italian seasonings. Served over spinach fettuccini with garlic crostini.

CHICKEN PENNE a la VODKA
A chicken sautee consisting of mined garlic, extra virgin olive oil, fresh tomatoes and prosciutto ham. Simmered in a very flavorful tromato vodka cream sauce. Garnished with Italian crostini.

ROSSA'S SMOTHERED CHICKEN
A fresh seared chicken breast smothered in the favorites. Garlic sauteed mushrooms, prosciutto ham, sun dried tomatoes, alfredo sauce, and provolone, accompanied by mashed potatoes and steamed brocolli.
